Admissions
CSCA admits a wide range of students from around
the world. With varied backgrounds, educations,
ages, and ethnicities, there is one interest
shared by all: a passion for the culinary and
hospitality fields. If you've always dreamed

Pastry Artist, Restaurant Manager or Owner, Food

The admissions process begins with a visit to the school.
CSCA requires each candidate to furnish proof
of high school graduation or a General Educational
Development certificate (GED), or its equivalent.
To be considered for acceptance to CSCA, you
must complete the following steps:
- Complete the Application Form and submit
a registration fee.
- Schedule a personal information session and
tour of the school.
Upon acceptance, a deposit (applied toward tuition)
will be required to reserve a start date. The
Admissions Department is open Monday-Saturday
and tours are given daily.

International Students
Are you visiting us from outside the United
States? CSCA has helped many international students
like you obtain their education from abroad.
International students are encouraged to apply
for admission. Students whose native language
is not English may be required to take the Test
of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or demonstrate
English proficiency through other measures established
by the school. An Affidavit of financial support
should be submitted. All documents should be
accompanied by an English translation. Detailed
information will be provided through our Admissions
office. This school is under authorization under
federal law to enroll non-immigrant students.
