Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Pātisserie and Baking
This professional and comprehensive Associate of Occupational Studies program is designed to allow you to develop in an artistic field armed with skills that are in high demand. The Associate degree in Le Cordon Bleu Pātisserie and Baking Program is designed to be 12 months in class with a 3 month externship. Upon completion, graduates should be prepared to assume positions including entry-level pastry cook and assistant pastry chef in settings such as hotels, fine restaurants, country clubs, resorts, and catering companies.

Diploma Program in Le Cordon Bleu Pātisserie and Baking
With our Diploma program you can be on the road to pursuing your career in as little as one year. The Diploma program is designed to be 30 weeks in length or 42 weeks in the Evening/Weekend (excluding holidays and breaks). Graduates should be qualified to work in entry-level positions.
